My Story
The Engine Room Gym in Falkirk are delighted to choose FADMH as their Charity of the Year. Our fundraising for FADMH will help reach more people that are struggling with their mental health. As we are all becoming more aware of the struggles many have with their own mental health, we know how important it is to get that help as soon as is possible.
Our Charity Cahllenge this year involves 24 Gym members taking part in a 24 hour challenge on 24th -25th June. They will be doing a 20 minute workout every hour on the hour for 24 hours! All donations will be greatly appreciated and will be put to such great use by FADMH.
